Trebuie sa stii absolut sigur ca esti capabila sa ajungi unde vrei. Daca poti influenta acesta incredere oamenilor cu care lucrezi, parerea lor despre tine va deveni mult mai buna si iti vei spori sansele de a reusi in cariera.&lt;br /&gt;Iti va fi greu sa reusesti in modeling daca esti chinuita de indoieli si de probleme personale. Incearca sa scapi de ele mai inainte de a lua startul.&lt;br /&gt;Bineinteles ca munca de model iti pune mereu la incercare increderea in propriiile forte. Cei din bransa vor critica felul in care arati, spunandu-ti ca ai urechile prea mari sau ca nu ai nasul drept. Fotografii se pot plange ca te misti ingrozitor cand tu credeai ca plutesti. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;Trebuie sa tii minte ca, la fel ca o orice alta profesie, opiniile din lumea modei difera si nu te poti astepta sa fii apreciata de toti, intotdeauna. Un client poate avea idei preconcepute despre look-ul modelului de care are nevoie, idei ce nu se potrivesc neaparat cu infatisarea ta.&lt;br /&gt;Asta nu inseamna ca ar fi vreo problema cu tine, ci doar ca nu oferi exact ce asteapta persoana respective. Acumuland experienta, vei putea aprecia mai bine ce vrea sa vada un anumit client sau fotograf si te vei adapta (atat cat se poate) la acele cerinte.&lt;br /&gt;A avea incredere in tine insati inseamna, intre altele, sa nu lasi criticile sa te afecteze personal. Reactiile negative la infatsarea ta, la portofoliul tau, la prestatia ta nu ar trebui sa te atinga; la urma urmelor, maine e posibil sa lucrezi cu cineva care sa creada ca esti cea mai minunata fiinta pe care a intanlit-o vreo data. Ar trebui sa consideri comentariile negative ca pe ceva inerent meseriei. Cu o astefel de atitudine nu vei fi niciodata dezamagita de tine insati. Modelingul este o meserie dura, asa ca tu trebuie sa fii si mai dura. Ridurile nu au fost niciodata la moda si e bine sa ai in vedere ca, pana vei fi reusit sa acumulezi suficienta experienta, sa-ti creezi relatii si sa inveti toate secretele meseriei, vei fi cu cativa ani buni mai aproape de finalul carierei. Exista modele care incep de la varsta de cincisprezece sau saisprezece ani, insa majotitatea debuteaza intre optsprezece si douazeci si unu de ani. Pe de alta parte, debutul timpuriu nu garanteaza succesul, mai ales ca fata si trupul sunt inca in plin proces de transformare.&lt;br /&gt;     Lansarea intr-o astfel de cariera dupa varsta de douazeci si cinci de ani e practic imposibila, mai ales in cazul modelelor feminine. "&lt;br /&gt;M-a inspirat sa scriu despre cum am iertat, despre cum am gasit in iertare raspunsul la aproape orice.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Iertarea pentru noi insine si pentru altii, ne elibereaza de trecut.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Stiu ca atunci cand sunt impotmolita si nu pot inainta, inseamna, de obicei, ca mai este ceva de iertat. Cand nu putem sa “curgem” lin cu mersul vietii in momentul prezent, inseamna de obicei ca nu putem lasa sa se duca un moment din trecut. Asta poate fi regret, tristete, frica, vinovatie sau durere, invinuirea altora, manie, resentiment si uneori chiar dorinta de razbunare. Fiecare dintre aceste stari vine dintr-un spatiu de neiertare, un refuz de a lasa trecutul sa se duca si de trai pe deplin momentul prezent.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Dragostea este intotdeauna raspunsul cu care se poate vindeca orice&lt;/strong&gt;. Si drumul catre dragoste este &lt;strong&gt;iertarea&lt;/strong&gt;. S-ar putea sa ai look-ul si dimensiunile adecvate, dar, in fata aparatului de fotografiat, asta nu iti va fi de ajuns. Legatura dintre tine si aparatul de fotografiat este esentiala. Ai nevoie de acest “Factor x”- un &lt;em&gt;ce&lt;/em&gt; inefabil care t&lt;a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_vWV_xfhGb9o/SjQNN5v1txI/AAAAAAAAAB4/7Q_SK1AUgIQ/s1600-h/Loredana+B.jpg"&gt;&lt;/a&gt;ransforma o femeie frumoasa intr-un supermodel.&lt;br /&gt;“Factorul x” mai poate fi descris drept capacitatea de a produce acea scanteie care face ca o fotografie sa transmita exact mesajul dorit.&lt;br /&gt;Sunt fete minunat de frumoase care nu au reusit sa se impuna ca modele deoarece pur si simplu nu sunt in stare sa se exprime in fata aparatului de fotografiat. Caci modelingul inseamna sa comunici fara cuvinte, folosindu-te doar de expresivitatea trupului si a chipului.&lt;br /&gt;Se spune ca modelele de mare clasa sunt ca niste cameleoni. Au capacitatea de a arata complet diferit de la o poza la alta – ba ca o tanara ingenua, ba ca intruchiparea femeii fatale. Cum cerintele de look difera foarte mult de la un job la altul, e foarte important sa ai talentul de a crea chipuri diferite si de a intrupa pesonalitati diferite. In acest caz, agentul tau iti poate obtine mai multe contracte. De obicei, aspirantii la o asemenea cariera nu realizeaza ca au o multime de lucruri de invatat. Modelingul este o meserie ca oricare alta, asa ca te poti perfectiona exersand si acumuland experienta.&lt;br /&gt;Acest proces nu se termina niciodata. Nu esti niciodata atat de perfect/a incat sa poti pune punct autodezvoltarii tale.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cum trebuie sa actionezi asupra ta si cum sa-ti amplifici darurile pe care le ai de la natura pentru a deveni un model mai bun?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cursurile de modeling&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cursurile pentru prezentari de moda&lt;br /&gt;- este absolut firesc sa studiezi arta de a merge pe podium si de a comunica spectatorilor ideile designerilor. Astfel ca, aceste cursuri te vor invata trucurile meseriei. Vei descoperi cu ajutorul lor cum sa procedezi ca sa dai senzatia ca plutesti pe podium si cum sa reusesti in diverse intoarceri specifice. Vei primi informatii la zi aspra schimbarilor de tendinta in moda, noilor stiluri de mers sau aparitiei pe piata a unui anumit gen de client.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Modelele pentru fotografii de moda (fotomodelele) se pot si ele intrui cu ajutorul cursurilor, insa cel mai bun mod de a invata este prin acumularea de experienta corecta. Exista si cursuri de modeling pentru fotomodele, insa, niciun curs nu-ti poate oferi garantia ca vei primi de lucru.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;…eu am exersat si in fata oglinzii :)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pe langa “intrsuirea la locul de munca", exista si alte cateva modalitati de a te pregati pentru modelingul fotografic. Una dintre ele este sa exersezi in fata oglinzii. Poate parea simplist, insa de fapt este o metoda foarte buna de antrenament ca sa te simti in largul tau in diferite pozitii si in haine la fel de diferite. Vei deveni mult mai constient/a de felul in care arati si de expresiile tale faciale. Exersarea tuturor tipurilor de expresii faciale in oglinda este si ea foarte importanta si este, realmente, singurul mod de a-ti descoperi expresiile care te prind cel mai bine. Pe masura ce exersezi….lucrurile vor deveni tot mai firesti.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sportul&lt;/strong&gt; nu numai ca te ajuta sa fii in forma ta fizica cea mai buna, dar iti imbunatatesc tinuta si te mentin sprinten/a si flexibil/a. In esenta, sportul te face mai constient de corpul tau, lucru crucial pentru un model. Dar trebuie sa fim constienti ca nu se mai poate face performanta in niciun domeniu fara a avea personalitate si atitudine.&lt;br /&gt;Ce le face pe unele sa se detaseze de plutonul urmaritor ? Personalitatea lor, adica acel complex de abilitati care tin de : &lt;strong&gt;felul de a fi, educatie, motivatie, mentalitate si perseverenta&lt;/strong&gt;. Toate aceste insusiri converg catre un singur scop final; abilitatea de te face placuta TUTUROR, dar mai ales celor care sunt decizatori in industria de moda!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Frumusetea interioara&lt;/strong&gt; inseamna toate acele atribute greu definibile care fac ca un model sa lase o impresie favorabila asupra clientilor, fotografilor si, lucrul cel mai important, asupra peliculei fotografice.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Personalitatea&lt;/strong&gt;, sau mai bine zis diferitele personalitati, din care unele fictive, trebuie sa reusesti sa le inventezi si sa le exteriorizezi. In incercarea de a iesi in evidenta, va trebui sa fii diferita de toate celelalte modele, sa ai un stil unic personal, numai al tau. In plus, trebuie sa dai impresia ca ai incredere in tine, ca ai o personalitate pozitiva, pe masura infatisarii tale.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ca sa fii model ai nevoie de o anumita MENTALITATE. Nu toata lumea poate sa se “vanda” zilnic fotografilor si clientilor si sa faca fata numeroaselor refuzuri. Trebuie sa fii tipul de persoana careia sa nu-i pese ca depinde de altii ca sa obtina de lucru si care se implica trup si suflet in ceea ce face. Ar fi bine sa ai un caracter echilibrat si sociabil, avand in vedere ca trebuie sa lucrezi in buna intelegere cu oameni pe care nu-i cunosti si care s-ar putea sa nu-ti placa.&lt;br /&gt;Mai presus de orice trebuie sa dai dovada de flexibilitate si mobilitate, pentru ca suisurile si coborasurile se pot succeda cu rapiditate. Uneori, cand esti foarte ocupata si ai programate o multime de joburi, te vei simti minunat, iar alteori, cand trece saptamana dupa saptamana si nu ai nimic de lucru, vei fi deprimata si te vei simti singura. Numai o personalitate echilibrata poate face fata acestor sentimente extreme.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In ultima instanta, dar nu in ultimul rand, trebuie sa fii foarte &lt;strong&gt;motivat/a&lt;/strong&gt;, sa ai &lt;strong&gt;mentalitatea&lt;/strong&gt; corecta si sa fii extrem de &lt;strong&gt;perseverenta&lt;/strong&gt; .&lt;br /&gt;Modelele au nevoie de motivatie interioara. Mai ales la inceputul carierei, va trebui sa depui eforturi mari incercand sa obtii de lucru. Gustul se schimba, iar idealul de frumusete al modelelor se schimba o data cu el. Ca sa reusesti cu adevarat, trebuie sa ai acel look care se cere in momentul respectiv. Nu e o idee rea sa arunci o privire prin revistele de moda ca sa-ti dai seama care este look-ul momentului si daca te apropii sau nu de el. Revistele internationale Vogue sau Elle nu numai ca prezinta ultimele tendinte ale modei vestimentare, dar totodata joaca un rol major in stabilirea noului look. Factorul cu cea mai mare influenta asupra idealului de frumusete la un moment dat este industria modei. Insa ce altceva iti mai trebuie ca sa transformi aceasta frumusete in primul cec pe numele tau? Ce desparte o fata draguta sau un barbat bine de un potential model? Care sunt cerintele de baza ale acestei meserii? &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;Ia sa vedem…&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;FRUMUSETEA EXTERIOARA:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;E greu sa spui exact cat de frumoasa (sau frumos) trebuie sa fii. In mod cert trebuie sa ai o fata frumoasa si un corp bine proportionat. Cu toate acestea, modelele profesioniste nu sunt considerate intotdeauna cele mai frumoase femei sau cei mai frumosi barbati din lume. Exista multe modele platite cu bani grei, pe care daca le-ai vedea pe strada, in haine obisnuite si fara machiaj, n-ai zice ca “au stofa de modele”.&lt;br /&gt;Poate ca cel mai important lucru este sa ai un chip simetric, fara defecte si cu cat mai putine linii in jurul ochilor, nasului sau gurii. Daca nu esti suficient d&lt;a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_vWV_xfhGb9o/SjQMKBqdQeI/AAAAAAAAABo/sQNMIlHuc2E/s1600-h/Loredana+B+(2).jpg"&gt;&lt;/a&gt;e inalt/a, iti va fi aproape imposibil sa gasesti o agentie de moda care sa se ocupe de tine.&lt;br /&gt;Cerintele legate de inaltime nu variaza prea mult de la o agentie la alta: pentru femei, inaltimea minima ceruta este de obicei 1 m 73 cm, iar cea maxima este, in ultima vreme, 1 m 83 cm. Agentiile specializate in prezentari de moda cauta de obicei modele care au cel putin 1 m 75 cm inaltime. Succesul modelelor, de numai 1 m 70 cm inaltime, nu a adus relaxare cerintelor, privind inaltimea, impuse de agentii modelelor feminine. Barbatii trebuie sa aiba cel putin 1 m 83 cm inaltime, dar daca ai peste 1 m 88 cm sansele tale cresc.&lt;br /&gt;Unele agentii, specializate in publicitate, pot fi dispuse sa te accepte si daca esti putin mai scunda, insa trebuie sa oferi ceva cu adevarat special pentru a compensa lipsa centimetrilor. Exista, de exemplu, fete cu o piele perfecta si un corp perfect care castiga serios ca modele specializate in prezentarea cosmeticelor si a altor produse de infrumusetare, desi nu au decat 1 m 68 cm inaltime.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DIMENSIUNILE:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Din moment ce scopul principal al modelingului este vanzarea hainelor, e foarte important sa ai dimensiunile potrivite. Care sunt acestea? Nici nu mai e nevoie sa spun ca trebuie sa fii foarte zvelta, ceea ce, in cazul fetelor, inseamna masura 38 sau 40 la confectii. Dimensiunile pot varia intr-o oarecare masura, bineinteles, insa e absolut esential sa ai un corp bine proportionat, iar picioarele lungi sunt un atu valoros atat pentru femei, cat si pentru barbati.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Pentru modelele feminine&lt;/strong&gt;, dimensiunile se refera la circumferinta bustului, taliei si soldurilor. In functie de inaltime, dimensiunile tale, masurate in centimetri, ar trebui sa se situeze intre 81-56-86 si 91-62-92. Trebuie spus totusi ca dimensiunile “perfecte” se schimba de-a lungul anilor. In anii ’60 erau la moda slabanoagele, asa-numitul “Twiggy look” fiind la vremea aceea ultimul racnet. In anii ’80 idealul a inceput sa fie reprezentat de corpul cu forme mai rotunde – ca al Claudiei Schiffer sau al lui Naomi Campbell. Sa nu-ti inchipui ca aceste modele aveau kilograme in plus – nici vorba de asa ceva! Aveau doar trupuri mai atletice, mai musculoase. In ultimii ani sunt iar in mare voga modelele subtiri, cu asa-numitul “look de strengarita”. Asa cum moda vestimentara revine la anumite intervale de timp, caracteristicile modelelor se supun si ele unei repetitii ciclice de-a lungul anilor.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Pentru modelele masculine&lt;/strong&gt;, masura ideala la costum este 38 sau 40, iar un corp bine proportionat reprezinta, bineinteles, o conditie esentiala. Din ea imi place sa cred ca a iesit astazi si blogul meu… &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;     De cele mai multe ori mail-urile pe care le primesc la agentie suna cam asa: “sunt potrivit/a pt cariera de model?”, “ce sanse am sa devin model?” In 70% dintre acestea se regasesc aceste framantari cu privire la cat de corespunzatori sunt un El sau o Ea meseriei de model.&lt;br /&gt;Si atunci cand exista mii de intrebari, trebuie sa fie si cineva care sa le raspunda. Poate eu… Astfel ca mi-am propus ca incepand de azi, inspirata de zilele petrecute pe malul marii, sa scriu… materiale prin care sa raspund la cat mai multe intrebari pe care nu aveti cui sa le adresati atunci cand doriti sa incepeti o cariera in modeling.&lt;br /&gt;Este important sa specific faptul ca materialele care se vor regasi pe blogul meu, referitor la standardele fizice, atuurile, calitatile necesare, termenii de specialitate, etc. nu imi apartin in totalitate, uneori nu reprezinta convingerile mele, dar constituie un summum al experientei pe care am obtinut-o lucrand ca model si al studiilor de reviste si materiale de modeling din diferite tari. Acestea au fost documentari care m-au ajutat, incepand cu anul 2005, sa pun bazele unei scoli. Pentru ca, la fel ca in orice alt domeniu, si in modeling este necesara o anumita disciplina.
